Yangshida Network Science & Technology Co.,Ltd (hereinafter called YSD) was established in1995, its predecessor is Yangzhou Shida Telecommunication & Electric Appliance, the headquarter is located at No. 210 Ji"an ROAD, Gaoxin Hanjiang Industrial Garden, Yangzhou.    The occupied land area of the company is twelve thousand square meters with standard workshop area of three thousand square meters, official building area of one thousand and two hundred square meters, and auxiliary area of five hundred square meters. The registered capital is fifteen Million Chinese Yuan. The invested funds in testing equipment is upto five and half Million Chinese Yuan, including opyic fiber grinder, four portable loss measuring instruments, 99-way high-frequency signal generator, HP network analyzer, 200m channel-splitting filter, 5KV pressure resisting measuring instrument and series 1.8 GH frescan. Our main products are nearly hundreds of products, such as digital top boxes; 1510nm, 1310nm light transmitter; 860-750 MHz two-way light receiver, 860-750 MHz two-way main amplifier, two-way series user amplifier, magnetic saturation power supply unit, 1G branch distributor; series user terminals; various series of network connectors etc.

   The organization of the company mainly includes administrative and logistics, production, technical R& D, marketing, financial and after-sales service six duty sections. There are two thundred and eight staffs and workers in total in the company, including six senior engineers, eighteen R&D technicians, and four higher economic masters. Besides, the company got a team of professional technicians engaged in advanced research in CATV communication network and engineering.
